Bias awareness and anti-racist education are key in understanding, preventing, and responding to many conflicts that arise in schools. CRC activities create a safe environment in which participants explore and celebrate their cultures, examine personal, cultural, and institutional forms of discrimination, and develop strategies to effectively respond to bias incidents.
