Individuals who work in the community or serve the public are expected to be good listeners, communicators, negotiators, mediators, and effective in resolving conflicts and disputes. For many, conflict resolution skills need to be learned and nurtured. CRC provides customized and interactive trainings for community-based organizations, hospitals, and religious organizations. Participants have the opportunity to develop and practice creative problem-solving skills.

- One to three-day Workshops (including weekend workshops)
