CRC’s Maintaining a Professional Workplace workshop, originally called Sexual Non Harassment, is a half-day program for responding to potential sexual harassment in the workplace. Participants receive an overview of the legal definitions of sexual harassment. Then CRC presents a four-hour workshop for responding to sensitive issues of sexual harassment and creating a safe environment for all staff.
