CRC has been providing training, circles, and mediation services for decades. We offer introductory and advanced training on conflict resolution, restorative practices, bias awareness, bullying prevention and intervention, communication, and problem-solving for community organizations and groups of all kinds. We can conduct restorative circles for community-building as well as harm-repair. We provide mediation for family, elder, workplace, and community disputes. We also offer a workshops on preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the workplace.
